Define the material precisely

State titanium Gr1, Gr2, Gr9, Gr12 or the required nickel material together with the applicable ASTM or project specification.

Add dimensional requirements

Include outside diameter, wall thickness, finished length, tolerances and whether tubes must be straight length, cut length or prepared for further fabrication.

Clarify inspection and documentation

State whether you need mill test certificates, dimensional inspection, surface requirements, eddy-current or other project-specific testing.

Explain packing and delivery

Export packing, bundle weight, moisture protection, marking and Incoterms can materially change the quotation and should be included early.
