Product and grade

Start with the exact product name and grade: for example, Gr2 titanium seamless tube, Gr12 titanium fittings or Nickel 200 pipe.

Size and quantity

Give OD, ID if relevant, wall thickness, plate thickness, flange size, length, quantities and any cut-to-length requirements.

Standards and tests

List ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS or project standards plus any NDT, PMI, chemistry, mechanical property or certificate requirements.

Commercial details

Add destination country or port, expected delivery date, packing requirements and preferred Incoterm. If you have a drawing, attach it with the inquiry.
